As a Senior Associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Yuqian assists clients on operational, transactional, and regulatory matters, including fund formation. Yuqian also advises clients on state and federal security laws.
Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Yuqian was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions taxation. Yuqian received his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he was the executive publications editor of the UC Irvine Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
