As an Associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Tyler counsels investment advisers and fund managers on a broad range of transactional, regulatory, and operational matters, including the structuring and formation of private investment funds and compliance with federal and state securities laws.
Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Tyler worked as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, where he served as outside general counsel to emerging technology companies and venture investors, advising primarily on matters of formation, governance, and private securities offerings.
Tyler received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and Art History from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tyler lives in San Antonio, Texas, and enjoys weekly trivia, long evening walks, and a good podcast.
