As a Senior Associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Tae guides private investment fund managers through various stages of a fund’s life cycle, including formation, launch, and closing, as well as related transactional and regulatory matters.
Tae’s primary focus is on credit funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and cryptocurrency funds. He provides thoughtful insight into all aspects of an investment manager’s business.
Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Tae was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP.
Tae lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.
