As Director of Administration at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Riwana Totah oversees the firm’s administrative operations and support functions across its offices. She leads the administrative team, develops and improves firmwide processes, and works closely with firm leadership to ensure operational priorities are translated into clear, effective execution.
Riwana brings a thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach to managing complex projects, strengthening internal systems, and supporting the firm’s continued growth. Her experience spans the legal, biotechnology, and education giving her a broad perspective on organizational effectiveness and the ability to adapt operations to evolving business needs.
Riwana holds an M.B.A. from ESADE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and staying active.
