Penny Zhang is an associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, where she advises clients on the formation, structuring, transactions, and ongoing operations of domestic and offshore private funds, as well as on related federal and state regulatory compliance matters.
Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Penny was an associate at HighCamp Compliance LLC, where she advised private funds managers on SEC regulatory compliance matters.
Penny received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and undergraduate degree in Economics from Stony Brook University.
