As an Associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Miles advises hedge fund and venture capital fund clients on tax matters relating to fund structuring, formation, and ongoing operations, as well as unique issues in the digital asset space.
Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Miles was at Deloitte Tax, where he helped companies secure tax credits and other tax incentives for large capital investment projects nationwide, working with clients in the technology, advanced manufacturing, entertainment, and renewable energy sectors, among others.
Miles lives in San Diego, California, where he enjoys surfing, guitar, and good restaurants.
