As an Intellectual Property Associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Jordan’s practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark and copyright matters, including trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and global anti-counterfeiting and brand protection efforts.
Jordan also advises clients on transactional matters involving intellectual property rights, including trademark and copyright licensing agreements across a variety of industries, as well as commercial and service agreements involving IP ownership, use, and content-related issues. On the enforcement side, he assists clients with demand letters, trademark disputes, and broader brand protection strategy.
