As a Partner at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, David advises clients on the formation and structure of domestic and offshore investment funds, separately managed accounts, management company matters, as well as marketing and investor relations. He represents a wide variety of funds, ranging in size from startups to multibillion-dollar firms.
Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, David was an associate at Baker & McKenzie LLP in San Francisco. He represented clients in various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and corporate formation and structuring. David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. David is admitted to practice in California and Massachusetts.
David lives with his wife and two sons in San Francisco, California.
