As a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Daniel assists the New York and California offices in a broad range of complex corporate and transactional matters and works closely with the corporate team to facilitate firm processes.
Daniel has spent his entire legal career working in boutique law firms. He has developed extensive experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses in connection with corporate, tax and trust and estates matters.
Daniel lives in New York City with his partner, Lindsey, and their two cats. Outside of the office, he can be found playing shows with his band around the city, spending time with his friends and family, or in the garage restoring vintage cars and motorcycles.
