Carl serves as Of Counsel to Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP. His practice focuses on federal, state and local taxation. In particular, Carl has extensive experience with tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and administration, entity and investment structuring, including inbound and outbound transactions, complex financial instruments, and executive compensation. In his practice, Carl has represented numerous entrepreneurs, sellers, acquirers, private equity and venture capital groups, target companies, investors, and executives.
