As a Legal Assistant at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Alondra Mejia assists investment advisers and private fund managers with entity formation, investment adviser registration, regulatory filings, and other compliance matters.
Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Alondra worked as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Ryutaro Hirota on Trust and Estate matters. She graduated Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Political Science.
Alondra resides in the East Bay. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her friends and family, read books, and take film photographs.
