Alex Yastremski is the Chair of Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP’s Corporate and Transactional Practice. He advises clients on corporate and commercial legal matters, including venture capital financing, equity and secured debt issuances, digital asset issuances, and other corporate, finance, and regulatory matters associated to blockchain-related businesses. He represents start-ups through emerging growth companies and guides businesses before, during, and after corporate transactions.

Prior to joining CFM, Alex served as Counsel at Clark Hill PLC, where he was also the firm’s Co-Chair of the Blockchain and Digital Currency Task Force. He has more than 20 years of global legal experience helping his clients grow and achieve liquidity in various sectors. Alex has also served as general counsel for a NASDAQ-listed multinational telecommunications company and start-ups with emerging technologies and brands in the blockchain, biotech, and hospitality space.
