Kevin Towler

(Associate) Kevin's practice focuses on fund formation and operations for U.S. and offshore investment funds, as well as management company matters and investor relations. Kevin also counsels investment advisers on registration, regulation and ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations.

Prior to joining Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, Kevin was operations manager and in-house counsel for a Massachusetts-based global manufacturing company. Following law school, Kevin served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. While stationed in Okinawa, Japan, Kevin served as a legal adviser to commanders and also as Aide-de-Camp for the Commanding General of Marine Corps Installations Pacific. Kevin proceeded to serve as a Prosecutor on Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, where he litigated courts-martial.

Kevin earned his B.S.B.A. (magna cum laude) with majors in Accounting and Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Kevin is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Kevin enjoys rugby, white-water rafting and the American short story.
